Solution Support Specialist – Digital Retail Solutions

About the role

The Solution Support Specialist for Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) bridges product expertise and sales execution. Working closely with sales teams and customers, you will translate DRS features into compelling business value and act as a trusted advisor throughout complex, multi‑country sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to product expert for sales engagements, translating solution capabilities into customer‑focused value stories.
• Participate in discovery sessions, sales meetings, product demos, and support RFPs, proposals, and PoCs.
• Qualify customer pain points, tailor DRS solutions, and define commercial propositions.
• Capture market feedback, identify trends, and relay insights to product teams for roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate with product leaders to ensure consistent messaging, pricing, and solution positioning.
• Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, playbooks, and reference content for go‑to‑market execution.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to partner with sales and customers.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts in business terms.
• Experience supporting complex, multi‑country sales processes.
• Ability to gather and synthesize market and customer feedback.
