Solutions Engineer – Service Provider

About the role

Cisco is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its Europe, Middle East & Africa Service Provider team in Morocco. In this pre‑sales technical role you will partner with Account Managers to showcase Cisco solutions, run demonstrations, and design configurations that meet the specific needs of service provider customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and sales support for accounts in the assigned territory.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers, partners and prospects.
• Develop formal sales plans, proposals, quotes, network designs and financial models.
• Lead pre‑sale activities including testing, proof‑of‑concepts and solution validation.
• Stay current on competitive solutions, Cisco product portfolio and emerging service‑provider technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing large, complex service‑provider networks.
• Deep understanding of service‑provider transport technologies, architecture and protocols.
• Proven ability to design end‑to‑end solutions that address fixed and mobile converged networks.
• Experience with network automation, orchestration, service provisioning and assurance.
