About the role
Comba Telecom is seeking a technically strong, self‑driven Solutions Sales Engineer to be based in Morocco and develop business across the West Africa region. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, you will own the full sales cycle – from market development to closing and account management – for Comba’s wireless infrastructure portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and grow sales in the assigned territory to meet regional targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of operators, infrastructure providers, integrators, and enterprise customers.
- Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, technical positioning, commercial negotiation, proposal preparation, and deal closure.
- Present and articulate the technical and commercial value of Comba’s products such as BSA, DAS, RAN, SmallCell and related RF solutions.
- Collaborate with the MEA technology team and headquarters to scope solutions and ensure deliverability.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Support RFQ/RFP/tender submissions and conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate technical compliance and pricing strategy with customers.
Required profile
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Several years of B2B sales or business development experience in the telecom or wireless industry.
- Strong technical understanding of wireless networks and RF products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work independently across multiple countries.
- Fluent in French, English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel regularly across the region and hold a valid passport.
