About the role
Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the hotel’s spa, ensuring efficient service delivery that maximises guest satisfaction and revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily spa operations and maintain consistent service standards.
- Drive revenue growth through guest satisfaction initiatives.
- Ensure product availability and manage inventory.
- Promote cross‑selling across the spa’s retail components.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in comparable roles, including at least 2 years managing a spa in a leading hotel brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, beauty therapy or a related field.
