Spa Manager

About the role

The Spa Manager is responsible for supervising and coordinating all spa activities, ensuring both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. This full‑time position reports to the Spa Director and may assume director duties when absent.

Key responsibilities

• Supports management of spa operations and budgets, assumes Spa Director duties when absent, and ensures employees have proper supplies, equipment, and uniforms while managing inventory within budget.
• Oversees financial aspects such as budgets, operating statements, and payroll progress reports to help achieve departmental financial goals.
• Maintains cleanliness of spa facilities and equipment, upholding high standards of hygiene throughout the area.
• Delivers exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, handling feedback and complaints, and empowering staff to continuously improve service performance.
• Conducts human‑resources activities including soliciting employee feedback, ensuring clear expectations, participating in progressive discipline and recognition programs, and overseeing training and orientation for new hires.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years experience in spa, guest services, or a related professional area.
