Spa Receptionist (H/F)

About the role

Join the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort as a Spa Receptionist, where you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking a relaxing spa experience. You will guide them through the facilities, ensure their comfort, and support the smooth operation of the spa.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general spa orientation to guests, explaining locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows.
• Answer questions about property information and amenities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Monitor and update the daily schedule using the computer system.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, treatment rooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas.
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly.
• Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities.
• Report accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.
• Follow all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, lifting up to 10 lb, and standing for extended periods.
