Spanish Sales Agent

About the role

We are looking for native‑level Spanish speakers to join our new office in Nador as Sales Agents. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, combining sales expertise with basic cybersecurity checks on computers and IoT devices.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and create a strong first impression of Global Cyber Security Group.
• Perform remote security scans on computers or IoT devices using the company’s professional toolkit.
• Provide a security and performance diagnosis and suggest improvements to the caller.
• Convert inquiries into loyal customers and hand over qualified cases to Level‑2 technicians.

Required profile

• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Availability to work shifts.
• Previous sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of English is a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of IoT security and remote device scanning.
