Specialist HR Analytics & Controlling

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist in HR Analytics & Controlling to join its team in Agadir, Morocco. The role focuses on delivering HR controlling services, analysing workforce data, and supporting business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of HR controlling services and track headcount availability using dedicated KPIs.
• Provide HR data for RFQs, new business plans, and payroll/time considerations.
• Ensure data quality, compliance with global policies, and perform regular data cleansing.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, reports and presentations for global and local initiatives.
• Continuously improve HR controlling processes and tools, implementing best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Internship experience in HR or related analytics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.).
