Speech Analyst – French Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Analyst who is fluent in French and English to join our Analytics & Insight team. In this position you will use speech‑analytics tools and contact‑center data to uncover actionable insights that improve operational performance and drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of speech‑analytics managed services and configure the CallMiner platform.
• Analyze speech and interaction data to identify trends, opportunities and improvement areas.
• Prepare and present insightful reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with the BI & Reporting team to enhance visualisations using Power BI.
• Partner with operations, data‑science, engineering and other teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a speech analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• At least 2 years working with contact‑center data.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CallMiner Analyst and CallMiner Coach modules.
• Intermediate proficiency in Power BI for data visualisation.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
