Stamping Setup Technician

About the role
TE Connectivity is seeking a dedicated Stamping Setup Technician to join its stamping team. You will work with automated stamping machinery, ensuring smooth component flow, high quality and productivity in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, adjust and set up stamping dies and presses according to production requirements.
- Set machine parameters, perform first‑piece validation and continuously monitor stamping operations.
- Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot setup issues to minimise downtime.
- Carry out quality checks following established procedures and document results.
- Maintain housekeeping and organization of the work area while adhering to EH&S policies.
Required profile
- BAC+2 in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Experience with stamping processes is a plus.
- Strong technical understanding of press setup, tooling and quality control.
