Strategy and Corporate Development Manager

About the role

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking an experienced Manager for its Strategy and Corporate Development team within the Mobility sector. The role will support the Mobility business across Africa and the Middle East, driving strategic initiatives and corporate growth.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the development and execution of strategic plans, including market analysis, growth opportunity identification, and risk assessment.
• Lead corporate development activities such as due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and new business ventures.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis, build business cases, and monitor performance of strategic projects.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or management consulting.
• Background in the automotive or mobility industry, preferably in vehicle distribution.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• High emotional and relational intelligence to build relationships with senior leaders and external partners.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial modelling.
• Microsoft PowerPoint with expertise in creating impactful slide decks.
• Proficiency in using AI tools for analysis and presentation.
