About the role

The Water Quality Laboratory Supervisor will lead the execution of the monitoring programme for drinking water that is purchased, produced and distributed by SRM‑CS. The role ensures compliance with current Moroccan standards (NM 03.7.001, NM 03.7.002) and the ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation and follow‑up of the drinking‑water quality surveillance programme.
• Manage consumer complaints related to water quality received via internal channels.
• Oversee pre‑service disinfection controls for new networks or pipeline renewals.
• Prepare and transmit regular performance reports and indicators to senior management.
• Organise coordination meetings and decision‑making sessions within the laboratory.
• Ensure the accuracy and conformity of all laboratory administrative documents.
• Coordinate laboratory procurement in partnership with the Purchasing, General Means and Logistics departments.
• Plan staff activities, set clear objectives and validate action plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in laboratory and quality management within the water sector.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan drinking‑water standards (NM 03.7.001, NM 03.7.002).
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation requirements.
• Ability to handle consumer complaints and interact with internal provincial directions.
• Leadership skills to guide a multidisciplinary laboratory team.
