About the role
Lear Corporation is seeking a Supply Analyst to ensure uninterrupted material flow for its automotive production in Meknes. The role focuses on inventory optimization, supplier coordination and supporting program milestones to meet the 2025 objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Guarantee zero production stoppages by securing raw material availability.
- Reduce inventory entitlement gap to 15% of the designed value.
- Maintain effective communication with suppliers and internal departments.
- Meet MRD dates for all program phases and support successful model year changes.
- Manage phase changes while minimizing obsolete stock.
- Collaborate with purchasing to resolve MOQ, localization and missing bill of specifications issues.
- Improve supplier on‑time delivery (OTD) to achieve a 95% rate.
Required profile
- Master’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Ability to thrive in a high‑tempo environment and work across multiple organizational functions.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
