Supply Chain Support IV

About the role

Join TE as a Supply Chain Support IV and play a pivotal role in optimizing our end‑to‑end supply chain. You will work closely with production, procurement, quality and engineering teams to ensure material availability and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyse and issue detailed material schedules, drawing up master schedules to meet shipping dates.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality, Engineering and other functions to expedite production and resolve material shortages.
• Review and optimise master data and parameter settings in SAP across the supply chain.
• Schedule material and component supply to meet production needs while maintaining safety stock levels.
• Develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from suppliers to the point of fit.
• Manage day‑to‑day order flow, monitor inventory levels, minimise obsolete stock and drive performance improvements.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely deliveries.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards and respond to multiple assignments efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning or materials management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven record of supply‑chain improvements and performance results.
• Experience with supply‑chain planning tools and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in the automotive sector within a global organisation is a plus.
