Support Technique L2 – Microsoft 365 & Azure

About the role

We are looking for a L2 Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Morocco and provide expert assistance on Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructures. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage L2 incidents, problems and critical changes for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Lead change‑management processes, validate proposals and monitor execution.
• Conduct on‑site audits, deliver recommendations and promote best practices.
• Write and update technical documentation, SOPs, change logs and status reports.
• Handle high‑severity tickets, service requests and service restoration activities.
• Understand client needs, create proofs of concept and demonstrate new solutions.
• Support internal teams according to organisational requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of practical L2 technical support experience (certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, AD FS, Azure AD Connect and Azure MFA.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Server, SharePoint and Teams, including hybrid Exchange/Office 365 setups.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge and intermediate security best practices.
