Sustainable Purchaser Support – Supplier & CSR Specialist

About the role

The Sustainable Purchaser Support role ensures that supplier sustainability assessments and CSR activities are carried out efficiently. Acting as a bridge between procurement teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, the position guarantees operational excellence and compliance with sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage EcoVadis assessment campaigns, monitor supplier evaluations, and process notifications and reassessment requests.
• Maintain and update supplier data within the EcoVadis platform and ensure data accuracy across supplier databases.
• Handle CSR mailbox requests, approve responsible purchasing guidelines, and manage supplier deadline extensions.
• Validate supplier information, coordinate data collection with procurement stakeholders, and keep tracking files and reporting tools up to date.
• Provide timely support to procurement teams and respond to internal and external CSR inquiries.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac + 5) in Procurement, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in procurement support, supplier management, sustainability or CSR activities.
• Fluent in French (minimum B2) and English (B2‑C1).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with digital supplier management platforms such as EcoVadis.
