About the role

Forterro is expanding its Technology & Innovation Centre in Casablanca and seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to support this growth. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment for product, engineering, professional services, IT and corporate functions, initially focusing on the Moroccan market with future international scope.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to provide recruitment guidance and market insights.
• Build talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives in Morocco.
• Leverage AI‑enabled recruitment tools to improve efficiency and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of recruitment experience in agency, in‑house, or hybrid environments.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end hiring for technology, software, SaaS, product, engineering or professional services roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English and French; Arabic and additional European languages are a plus.
