Team Leader – Assembly Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader to manage our assembly line, coordinate the setup and testing of machinery, and drive quality throughout the production process. You will lead a diverse team, ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards, and support the development of prototype components.

Key responsibilities

• Set up machine tools, fabricate, assemble, maintain, and test equipment for experimental and production purposes.
• Perform quality checks on finished products, document defects, and identify root causes.
• Interpret blueprints and design documents to develop prototype models and create toolpaths.
• Conduct audits to verify part availability for building, repairing, and testing.
• Fabricate prototype‑level components according to specifications and establish machining processes.
• Monitor preventive maintenance, perform calibrations, and ensure routine service compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in assembly or manufacturing.
• High school diploma required; vocational training or an AA degree preferred.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and teamwork.
