Tech Shared Team Lead

About the role

CNEXIA is looking for a Shared Team Lead to oversee multidisciplinary technology teams. The role focuses on people management, operational administration, and acting as a trusted partner to both client and technical teams. While not a hands‑on technical position, the lead must understand software development and Agile delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support team members across multiple technology functions.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and performance reviews.
• Define and monitor individual development plans; support employee engagement, retention and career growth.
• Identify training needs, manage attendance and leave requests, and resolve employee concerns.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, maintain accurate documentation and administrative records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, coordinate staffing and resource allocation with stakeholders.
• Participate in recruitment activities, including interviews and candidate assessments.
• Serve as primary people‑management contact for assigned teams and collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Project Managers and department leaders.
• Escalate operational challenges when necessary.
• Support Agile teams by understanding principles, delivery practices, objectives, dependencies and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in people management, team leadership or operational management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication, coaching and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English.
