Technical Product Owner - MVNO CNaaS

About the role

Orange Business is looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development of an end-to-end mobile solution (Mobile Core, Telco Cloud, IP and RAN) that enables MNOs and MVNOs to deliver mobile services. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, ensures technical compliance and delivers solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of the MVNO CNaaS program and align solutions with business objectives.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, IT, security, DevOps, operations, marketing and pre-sales, and work with an E2E Architect on architecture coherence and scalability.
• Contribute to architecture definition and ensure HLDs and LLDs for each network component match the E2E architecture.
• Ensure capacity planning for smooth, cost-efficient onboarding of end-users.
• Manage the technical backlog and coordinate validation in lab and pre-production environments.
• Oversee delivery, quality, specifications, deadlines and budgets, and prepare support processes including 24/7 support, change management and incident management.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks (performance, security, compatibility) and support POCs, demos and field trials.
• Coordinate work to obtain regulatory approval (e.g. ANSSI) and run agile ceremonies and stakeholder reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in telecom or cloud-native project management, including leading telecom projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecom, Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proven experience with Agile/Safe methodologies.
• Strong expertise in mobile networks (4G/5G).
• Knowledge of Telco Cloud environments and IP networks, and of network architecture and security.
• Preferred: knowledge of Telco Cloud platforms such as Red Hat OpenShift, familiarity with DevOps practices, and knowledge of security standards and protocols.
