Technical Project Manager - Integration & Digital Transformation

About the role

A Technical Project Manager is sought to drive integration and digital transformation projects from kickoff to completion. The role manages timelines, coordinates between engineering teams and clients, and ensures each project delivers measurable business outcomes. It suits someone who understands both the technical landscape and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close integration and automation projects on time and within budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including integration engineers, consultants and client stakeholders
• Define project scope, milestones, deliverables and resource requirements
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues proactively
• Maintain detailed project documentation including SOWs, status reports and change orders
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies and tools

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology or consulting
• Demonstrated experience managing integration, ERP or digital transformation projects
• PMP, CSM or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Nice to have: background in supply chain, eCommerce or retail technology, and experience in a consulting or professional services environment

Required skills

• Strong understanding of integration platforms, APIs and enterprise systems
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Monday.com
• Nice to have: iPaaS platforms (Celigo, Workato) or ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Familiarity with Agile and waterfall methodologies
