Technical Recruiter (Engineering Focus)

About the role

We are seeking a high‑velocity Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑growing engineering design services firm. The role focuses on quickly identifying and placing specialised engineering talent to accelerate client product roadmaps.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse technical job requirements and understand specific tech stacks, tools and environments.
• Source and engage candidates at high volume, delivering at least two quality submissions per day.
• Fill roles within a 48‑hour turnaround, managing the full recruitment cycle in the ATS.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.
• Execute outbound outreach including cold calling and LinkedIn messaging to attract passive talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and technical teams to align candidate profiles with project needs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of interview outcomes and recruiter notes.

Required profile

• Proven “hunter” mentality with a track record of rapid, high‑volume technical hiring.
• Strong technical literacy to discuss engineering roles and requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, scale‑up environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
