Technical Recruiter – In‑house Talent Acquisition

About the role

AY Automate is launching its first in‑house recruiting function and needs a Technical Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for AI, GTM, and development talent across North America, Europe, and MENA. You will work daily in English with a small, fast‑moving team and directly with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and close candidates for AI engineers, GTM engineers, and software developers.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage offer negotiations.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline in a market that is largely untapped by other recruiters.
• Maintain a full pipeline that converts into hires.

Required profile

• Based in Morocco.
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year focused on tech or IT roles.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Proven ability to close roles and deliver results.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques.
• LinkedIn Recruiter and other job board tools.
• Direct outreach and candidate engagement.
