Technical Sales & Business Development Manager - Industrial Automation & Robotics

About the role

Lion Smart Equipment Solution is an international provider of industrial automation, robotics and engineering solutions that is expanding its business in Morocco. It is looking for an experienced technical sales professional to develop the local market and build strategic customer relationships. The position is full-time and based in Tangier, Kenitra or Rabat.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in automotive, Tier-1 and general industry.
• Acquire new customers and build long-term strategic partnerships.
• Manage and develop key accounts and customer relationships.
• Establish and expand networks with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers and industrial manufacturers.
• Identify customer requirements and develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Coordinate quotations, negotiations and sales processes from first contact to order closing.
• Develop market strategies, sales forecasts and business opportunities in Morocco.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in technical sales, key account management, business development or sales management.
• Strong background in industrial automation, robotics, engineering or systems integration.
• Established network in the Moroccan automotive / Tier-1 industry, or alternatively in general industry, machine building or industrial automation.
• Proven track record in new customer acquisition and technical solution sales.
• Good technical understanding of automation systems, robotics and industrial production processes.
• Willingness to travel within Morocco.

Required skills

• Arabic / Moroccan Darija: native or fluent.
• French: very good (B2-C1).
• English: very good (B2-C1).
• German is advantageous.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills; independent, entrepreneurial and results-oriented.
