About the role
The Technical Service Representative provides technical expertise to sales teams, resellers and customers throughout the sales process. This role involves on‑site and multi‑site technical support, helping customers maximize the benefits of the organization’s products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process.
- Perform technical sales support at customer sites or on a multiple‑site basis.
- Resolve technical product or service issues.
- Assist customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization’s products and/or services.
