About the role

HIBA BETON, an ISO‑9001:2015 certified manufacturer of prefabricated concrete products, is looking for an experienced Electromechanical Technician to join its plant located about 25 km from Fès. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the plant’s industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on all electromechanical equipment used in concrete prefabrication.
• Diagnose and execute corrective repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and update technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Technical diploma in electromechanics or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in concrete prefabrication or industrial manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for industrial equipment.
