Job description

Technicien support bilingue (fr/eng) recherché par Outsourcia pour un poste en CDI à Casablanca. Le candidat doit maîtriser le français et l’anglais, gérer les incidents, diagnostiquer les problèmes, saisir et suivre les tickets, assurer la qualité du service et communiquer efficacement avec les utilisateurs.
