Telecom Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Telecom Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and network projects that support our global objectives. You will coordinate resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring high‑quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project delivery, from analysis and design through deployment.
• Define project milestones, timelines and required resources for medium to high‑complexity initiatives.
• Monitor task progress, cost‑effectiveness, risks and remove roadblocks as needed.
• Oversee project financials, including revenue forecasting, cost control and margin management.
• Develop business cases, obtain budget approvals and produce monthly budget reports.
• Collaborate with business units and IT teams to deliver new or enhanced technical capabilities.
• Ensure quality standards, identify process‑improvement opportunities and present updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience delivering telecom or network projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• ITIL V4 Foundation and Lean Six Sigma certifications; PMP is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English (B2+).
• Excellent client and senior‑stakeholder communication skills.
