Telecom Technical Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Telecom Technical Expert to lead and oversee end‑to‑end delivery of telecom projects while ensuring service quality and compliance with technical and cybersecurity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical projects, including scoping, planning, coordination of engineering teams, progress tracking, risk and dependency management, and decision‑making/arbitration.
• Ensure RUN activities follow‑up in collaboration with support teams and vendors, handling major incidents, escalations, action plans, and service‑quality monitoring.
• Coordinate technical studies, changes, deployments, go‑live phases, and move‑to‑run activities.
• Maintain compliance with technical standards, architecture guidelines, cybersecurity requirements, and internal processes.
• Facilitate communication with business stakeholders, project teams, operations, partners, and vendors.
• Produce and present regular reporting on project progress, risks, and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in telecom technical environments.
• Experience managing complex projects and RUN activities.
• Ability to work in a multi‑stakeholder and vendor‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in telecom environments and infrastructures.
• Solid experience in technical project management (end‑to‑end delivery).
• Knowledge of ITIL, RUN management and incident management.
• Understanding of network architecture, systems integration and cybersecurity standards.
