Territory Supervisor – Morocco

About the role

Philip Morris International is seeking a Territory Supervisor to join its Morocco team in Beni Mellal. You will work within a diverse, multinational environment to develop and execute a deployment plan that meets the needs of legal‑age nicotine users while supporting the company’s smoke‑free future vision.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of retailers and legal‑age nicotine users in the assigned territory.
• Identify new business development opportunities and create actionable plans for on‑ground execution.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to ensure optimal distribution of the PMI portfolio.
• Plan and oversee consumer engagement activities to boost brand trial and awareness.
• Collaborate closely with distributor partners to align sales and business development efforts.
• Deploy and manage digital trade engagement tools to drive business impact and efficiency.
• Ensure proper brand communication and product visibility at licensed points of sale.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business Studies, Engineering, Social Sciences or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of commercial experience, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Digital savviness and excellent command of Microsoft tools.
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
