Test Engineer Analyst – IT Testing

About the role

As a Test Engineer Analyst within AXA Global Business Services Morocco, you will join a feature team to ensure that all delivered digital products meet the required specifications, security, legal and accessibility standards. You will be responsible for planning, designing, automating and executing functional and technical tests to guarantee a high‑quality user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases based on functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Design, automate and execute functional, regression, security and accessibility tests.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners and business analysts to clarify requirements and resolve defects.
• Track, report and verify defect resolution using the IT department’s testing policy.
• Contribute to test strategy definition according to project scope and seniority level.

Required profile

• Proven experience in software testing within an Agile or feature‑team environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of functional and technical testing methodologies.
• Understanding of security, legal and accessibility testing standards.
