Test Lead

About the role

As a Test Lead at AXA Global Business Services Morocco, you will be part of the Transformation and Technologies department that works with Agile methodologies. You will play a key role in the digital transformation journey, ensuring that applications delivered to AXA’s clients and employees meet the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve the testing strategy for assigned projects.
• Coordinate testing activities across functional and technical teams to guarantee compliance with specifications and user requirements.
• Lead test planning, test case design, execution and defect management.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product owners to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality software.
• Monitor test metrics and report on quality status to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading testing efforts within an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life‑cycle and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
