Test Lead

About the role

As a Test Lead you will join AXA GBS Morocco within the Transformation and Technologies department, working in an Agile environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications delivered to clients and employees, coordinating testing activities and defining the testing strategy for your scope.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project risks, define testing priorities, and set entry/exit criteria for each testing level.
• Organise and lead test planning, design, execution and closure, including both manual and automated tests.
• Coordinate test environments, platforms and tools to ensure smooth testing operations.
• Monitor testing KPIs, produce test reports, defect summaries and qualification documents.
• Mentor Test Engineers, drive process improvements and contribute to testing best‑practice repositories.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bac+3 minimum), preferably in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of testing experience in Agile projects, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Ray, Selenium and Web Services/API testing.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Git and SOAP UI.
• ISTQB certification (mandatory).
• Experience specifying and executing both manual and automated tests.
• Nice‑to‑have knowledge of TCO Mainframe testing.
