Tour Guide – Southern Morocco & Sahara

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Guide to lead individual and group journeys across Southern Morocco and the Sahara desert. Based in Agadir, you will work in a hybrid setting, combining on‑site guiding with occasional remote tasks such as content creation and booking support.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and narrate tours, providing engaging commentary on culture, geography and history.
• Plan daily itineraries and coordinate logistics with local partners.
• Welcome guests, ensure safety, and deliver high‑quality customer service throughout each trip.
• Assist with bookings, answer traveler inquiries, and promote additional activities.
• Contribute to online trip documentation and collaborate with the operations team to improve tour standards.

Required profile

• Proven ability to conduct guided tours, tell stories and manage groups.
• Strong communication skills in French and English; Arabic or Amazigh is a plus.
• Customer‑service mindset with empathy and hospitality experience.
• Solid knowledge of local history, culture and traditions.
• Comfort working outdoors in desert and rural environments while following safety procedures.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage schedules and logistics.
• Previous tourism, guiding or hospitality experience; relevant certification is advantageous.
