Track Manager – RSA Archer, RSA Aveksa, RSA SecurID

About the role

This position leads the operational management and technical delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions built on RSA Archer, RSA Aveksa, and RSA SecurID platforms. The Track Manager ensures continuous improvement, aligns services with client SLAs, and mentors technical teams in complex environments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence initiatives to optimise GRC processes, streamline access‑governance workflows and improve management reporting for large‑scale clients.
• Oversee resolution of complex incidents and service requests on RSA Archer, Aveksa and SecurID, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Mentor support teams on technical troubleshooting, best practices and advanced configuration of access‑management and lifecycle‑management tools.
• Analyse and implement process improvements using VIA Lifecycle Manager and related technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and compliance needs into platform enhancements and technical solutions.
• Provide expert input on risk‑mitigation strategies, platform upgrades and integration of new features.

Required profile

• Strong background in GRC frameworks, access certification and compliance operations.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and delivering client‑focused solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Relevant certifications such as RSA Archer Administrator, Aveksa/Identity Governance, or ITIL Foundation are valuable.
