Training & Pharma Forward Manager

About the role

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty is seeking a Training & Pharma Forward Manager to act as the scientific ambassador for brands such as La Roche-Posay, CeraVe and Vichy. Reporting to the Head of Education, you will design and deliver training programs for internal teams and external pharmacy partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop engaging training modules covering scientific knowledge, sales techniques and brand culture for diverse audiences.
• Deliver dynamic in‑person and digital training sessions to boost expertise and motivation.
• Spend time in the field to understand partner challenges and provide personalized coaching to pharmacy staff.
• Measure training effectiveness, gather feedback and use performance data to continuously improve programs.

Required profile

• Scientific or medical background (e.g., degree in Pharmacy, Biology or related field).
• Proven experience in training, public speaking or similar presentation‑focused roles.
• Deep knowledge of the dermo‑cosmetic market and genuine interest in skincare science.
• Fluency in French and Arabic.
