Training Trainee

About the role

Join Swissport’s Training Department as a Training Trainee and gain hands‑on experience in coordinating and delivering training programs for a global aviation leader. You will support onboarding, manage training logistics, and ensure accurate record‑keeping while developing a solid foundation in HR and learning management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and delivering induction and onboarding training sessions.
• Coordinate training invitations, confirm participant attendance, and book rooms with required equipment.
• Prepare training kits, presentations, handouts, and assessment materials.
• Monitor attendance, update the Learning Management System (LMS) with certificates and participant data, and generate reports and dashboards.
• Collect and analyse training evaluation forms and participant feedback.
• Support trainers during classroom, practical, and on‑the‑job sessions, including examinations and competency assessments.
• Maintain both electronic and hard‑copy training documentation in compliance with audit requirements.
• Identify training needs with department managers, follow up on overdue mandatory training, and assist in updating training manuals and SOPs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
• Strong organisational, planning and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and collaborate as a proactive team player.
• Good command of English and French; Arabic is an asset.
