Transport & Logistics Specialist / Customer Experience Partner (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a Transport & Logistics Specialist who will also act as a Customer Experience Partner. In this temporary position you will be the primary liaison for customers, ensuring shipments move smoothly, communications are clear, and operational issues are resolved quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding all shipment and logistics matters.
• Coordinate transport activities with carriers, warehouses, customs brokers and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle inquiries, complaints and operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Work with supply chain and logistics teams to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Identify and resolve operational challenges while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in ERP, TMS or CRM systems and prepare operational reports.
• Track key performance indicators related to service quality.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience in logistics, international transportation, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Or a degree in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management combined with strong customer service abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
