Transport Planning Management Supervisor – Morocco

About the role

The Transport Planning Management Supervisor will lead transportation and logistics operations for aerospace clients in Morocco. You will ensure operational performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards while managing a dedicated transport planning team.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and formalise customer transportation requirements and oversee request processing.
• Supervise execution of transportation schedules, ensuring on‑time performance and proactive issue resolution.
• Lead implementation and adoption of the client’s Transport Management System (TMS) and maintain data quality.
• Monitor invoicing, document handover, and payment collection in collaboration with finance.
• Handle customer complaints, conduct root‑cause analysis (8D) and drive corrective actions.
• Consolidate monthly operational reports, KPIs, and dashboards; lead steering committees and quarterly logistics & customs meetings.
• Develop, validate, and communicate SOPs and working instructions.
• Manage the client’s trailer fleet to optimise utilisation and costs.
• Support sales and business development with operational expertise and cost assessments.
• Manage, coach, and develop the transport planning team, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, security, and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in transport planning or logistics, preferably within the aerospace sector.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills, with a track record of coaching teams.
• Ability to interact with internal and external customers and present performance data.
• Experience in managing trailer fleets and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance requirements in logistics operations.
