Travel Advisor – Bespoke Morocco Tours

About the role

Gateway2Morocco is seeking a full‑time Travel Advisor to design and manage custom Morocco itineraries from the first client inquiry through post‑trip follow‑up. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring each booking meets the company’s high standards for quality, timing, and value.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound email and online inquiries, qualify client needs, and guide them toward suitable itinerary options.
• Design detailed day‑by‑day Morocco itineraries, including routes, hotels/riads, transfers, guides, and activities.
• Confirm and secure accommodations, private drivers, guides, and experiences; coordinate timing and special requests.
• Write clear, persuasive client emails and proposals that explain options, policies, and next steps.
• Manage bookings end‑to‑end: prepare quotes, process payments, issue confirmations, and maintain organized client files in the CRM.
• Monitor trips in progress and resolve issues quickly in coordination with the Morocco operations team.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written communication skills.
• Strong customer‑focused mindset and proven customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication for interacting with clients and cross‑continental team members.
• Experience in travel arrangements (flights, accommodations, transfers, tours), preferably within a travel agency, tour operator, or hospitality setting.
• Prior experience as a travel advisor, tour planner, or in tour operations; knowledge of Morocco’s destinations is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
