TRIM CAD R&D Engineer

About the role

Lear Corporation is looking for a TRIM CAD R&D Engineer to join its engineering team in Rabat. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical packages for pattern design, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and safe working practices.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and update technical packages, including Accumark files, DXF drawings, and reports.
• Report to the Section Leader while maintaining safe working practices.
• Support the team with Accumark, PDS, and CATIA/NX tasks.
• Digitalize and plot patterns as required by the team.
• Validate that all packages meet corporate standards before distribution.
• Identify and communicate feasibility concerns related to patterns and data.
• Adhere to project timelines and conduct 5S audits.

Required profile

• Technical degree (Bac+2) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in both English and French (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team‑player mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with Accumark or other PDS software.
• Proficiency in CATIA 2D drafting.
• Knowledge of TRIM processes and assembly.
• Ability to work with DXF files and pattern digitalization.
• Familiarity with 5S audit procedures.
