Trucks Sales Manager

About the role

The Trucks Sales Manager will lead the achievement of sales volume, revenue and market share targets while preserving healthy gross profit margins. The role involves designing annual sales objectives, forecasting, and coordinating with finance, service and logistics to deliver value‑based solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design annual sales targets, forecast volume, stock needs and revenue.
• Manage and coach the sales team, monitor pipeline progress and conversion rates.
• Engage directly with fleet accounts and key prospects to close high‑potential deals.
• Collaborate with parts and service departments to promote total customer solutions and retention.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock aging and availability.
• Monitor competitive activity and market trends, providing strategic recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal credit processes, pricing policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in commercial vehicle or fleet sales, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven knowledge of the Moroccan market and customer account management.
• Strong commercial mindset, technical expertise and high‑level negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic, French and English.
