Warehouse Clerk - Spare Parts Warehouse

About the role

JTI is recruiting a Warehouse Clerk for its new tobacco factory in Tetouan. You will be responsible for the Warehouse section and the Spare Parts Warehouse, covering all material and spare parts movements and their accurate recording in SAP. The role covers receiving, storing, loading and offloading, periodic stock checks, and safe warehousing in line with JTI safety standards and 5S3R policies.

Key responsibilities

• Unload shipments (including spare parts) from trucks, check quantities and enter them into SAP in a timely manner.
• Store materials in the right places, update inventory records in SAP and keep the area secure, safe and compliant with 5S3R standards.
• Keep inventory records accurate day to day by issuing maintenance orders and receiving shipment documents on time, and verify that deliveries match the required part numbers, labels and storage locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace and keep warehouse equipment in good working order.
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, service and cost, improve inventory levels and coordinate with PPO, Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Finance on GRNs and invoices.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the direct manager and special projects when asked.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar job is recommended.
• Strong English and computer proficiency.
• Sense of ownership, clear communication, problem-solving and integrity.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
