Warehouse Leader

About the role

Magna is seeking a Warehouse Leader to oversee inventory management, coordinate daily warehouse activities, and drive process optimisation in a manufacturing environment. The role requires close collaboration with other departments, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff.
• Delegate tasks, monitor performance and ensure high productivity.
• Guarantee accurate and timely picking, packing, shipping and receiving of goods.
• Maintain inventory control, conduct regular stock checks and manage discrepancies.
• Enforce safety standards, company policies and maintain a clean, organised warehouse.
• Train new employees and support continuous team development.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance and supply‑chain teams.
• Handle transportation management and support emergency situations.

Required profile

• A degree in logistics, supply‑chain management, operations management or a related field (often required).
• Several years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, with proven team‑supervision experience.
• Strong communication skills in both French and English.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
• Physical capability to lift and move materials as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
