We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Controller to oversee financial performance across Intelcia’s multichannel customer experience and business process solutions. The role demands advanced financial modeling, rigorous controls, and strategic budgeting to support the company’s growth and M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will deliver insightful management reports, monitor payroll and KPI metrics, develop dashboards, and manage stakeholder relationships in a multinational environment.

The Senior Management Controller will lead financial oversight for Intelcia’s US region, driving accurate financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires deep expertise in financial analysis, management reporting, payroll and cost control, KPI monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
