You will lead requirement gathering, process modeling using BPMN, stakeholder management, and facilitation of cross‑functional workshops. The successful candidate will possess industry certifications (IIBA CBAP, ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC) and a proven track record in delivering complex insurance platform implementations.
