About the role

Save the Children International is seeking an Advisor, Global Awards to provide expert strategic and operational award management services to its global teams. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and high‑quality use of award funds to deliver impactful programmes for children worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Provide award management advisory, coordination and support across a portfolio of globally managed awards.
• Deliver and administer the allocation and management of award funds, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to implementing offices.
• Maintain data quality and support reporting, compliance and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with global functions to coordinate award processes and contribute to continuous improvement of systems.
• Support both humanitarian and development awards through operational oversight and budgetary administration.

Required profile

• Experience in award or fund management within humanitarian or development contexts.
• Strong understanding of donor and organisational requirements.
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Capacity to manage complex, high‑risk funding portfolios.
