About the role
The hotel is seeking a Maintenance Agent to oversee the floor service area in a 5‑star environment. The role involves ensuring all equipment used by the housekeeping team operates safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on floor‑service equipment such as carts, vacuum cleaners, and laundry machines.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise service disruption.
- Conduct preventive inspections and document maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to schedule maintenance work without affecting guest experience.
Required profile
- Mandatory experience in hotel maintenance.
- Proven background in maintaining equipment used by the floor service department.
- Versatile, reactive and able to work independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy.
