About the role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Agadir. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

Greet and check‑in guests efficiently using the OPERA reservation system.
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with a high level of service.
Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
Manage telephone calls, emails, and front‑desk correspondence.
Maintain accurate records of room availability and billing information.

Required profile

Hospitality diploma (Bac+2 or higher) in hotel management.
Proven experience in a high‑end hotel environment.
Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

Proficiency with the OPERA hotel management software.
