Bilingual Customer Service Representative (French/English)

About the role

TELUS Digital is seeking a bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative to support its Canadian market. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while working in a 24/7 environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in French and English for Canadian customers.
• Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.
• Adapt to rotating night shifts as required.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B1).
• Previous experience working in a call‑center environment.
• Residency in Casablanca; students are not eligible.
• Willingness to work rotating hours, including night shifts.

Required skills

• Strong verbal communication in French and English.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
• Basic computer proficiency for call‑center software.
